Our Practice Manager Sheila Burgess welcomes your comments on our service at any time.

If you have a complaint about anything at all, please ask to speak to her as soon as possible - as we find that most problems can be resolved fairly easily when dealt with
at the time with the people involved.

Should you prefer to put your complaint in writing, it will be fully investigated and you will be provided with an explanation and solution as soon as possible and in line with the NHS national criteria for managing complaints.
