I offer an initial 30-45 min consultation which is free of charge. You will be asked to complete a Fitness and Lifestyle Questionnaire, and together do some work on goal setting. This is a good “ice-breaker” session and an ideal way to get to know each other. 1 hr training session includes:-
Single training sessions
Pack of 8 training sessions (10% discount)
25 minute power plate personal training
Max 3 sessions per week TRAINING IN PAIRS OR SMALL GROUPS: When 2 people or a small group of friends are starting from similar fitness levels and have similar goals, it is possible for them to train together with me. Feel free to contact me for more information about how this works and prices. All prices shown are for personal training between the hours of 7.00 am and 8.00 pm. If you would like a training session starting before 7.00 am or starting 8.00 pm or later, a premium rate will be applied. NOTE: All Sales are non-refundable. 24 hours cancellation notice must be given otherwise charges will incur.
