How To Be Seen
All consultations are by appointment only and are usually with the patient's own doctor, or if more appropriate, a practice nurse. In an urgent case you will be seen as soon as possible. If uncertain of if, how or where you should be seen the receptionists will assist you.

Online Appointments
EMIS allows you to book and cancel appointments, request repeat prescriptions, send messages to the practice and update your personal information online.

Home Visits
If possible please come to the surgery; however, if you are too ill, a doctor will visit you at home. (Please ring before 11.00am as this helps the doctors to plan their visits)

Out-of-office times are covered by Primecare who give telephone advice and arrange appointments at the County Hospital or visit you at home if appropriate.
