Complaints procedure
We always try to provide the best service we can at Haverfield Surgery but there may be times when you feel that this has not happened. If you have a complaint, please ask to speak to our Practice Manager, or email via this link jennywest@nhs.net. You may prefer of course to put your complaint in writing.
All complaints will be fully investigated. We will try to deal with your complaint swiftly, address your concerns, provide an explanation and discuss any action that may be necessary as soon as is practicable.
We would also like to hear from you if you have any comments good or bad regarding the Surgery or our staff.
