Skipping breakfast? What’s your excuse?

  • I haven’t got time
  • I worry it’ll make me fat
  • I don’t feel hungry
  • Once I start I can’t stop
  • A coffee will do

Did you know you are more likely to be over weight if you miss breakfast. You are more moody, less able to concentrate and make poor decisions. You are more likely to feel low and tired.

Join me, go on, put breakfast back on the menu and then let me know how much better you feel. I’ll be putting the comments on the website to encourage a happy start to the day!

A visit to a local school, to deliver a talk , was the inspiration for this page I was shocked to find that a large number of the students skipped breakfast! I gave them a challenge and they rose to it, ‘eat breakfast and report back to me’. I had some great feedback, they felt happier, had more energy AND improved in their studies!

So…

Remember little eyes notice the habits of their parents, if we miss breakfast children see this as a ‘good example’.

So let’s get breakfast back on the menu, for everyone.

Just click here and get some ‘morning’ motivation for the most important start to the day, breakfast!
