Appointments

Patients are seen by appointment only; to make an appointment, please speak to the receptionist or telephone the surgery between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm. Please be as prompt as possible for your appointment and please notify us of any cancellations . We will always see urgent cases on the same day; if you feel you need to be seen quickly, please inform the receptionist. The surgery is closed between 1.30 pm – 2.00 pm; if you need the doctor during this time, please telephone.

The practice timetable is shown below. For branch surgeries at Madley and Innesfield please make an appointment via the main surgery.

Speaking to the doctor

Many queries can be dealt with over the telephone; if you wish to speak to the Doctor or obtain advice, please telephone the surgery between 12 noon and 12.30 pm.

Appointments with the nurses

Appointments with the practice nurses can be booked at reception.

Out of hours

Medical care outside surgery hours became the responsibility of the Primary Care Trusts in 2004, and in Herefordshire is provided by Primecare. They can be contacted by dialling 0330 1239309.
