We are looking to establish a Patient Participation Group (PPG) to enable us to seek the views of patients and to involve them in the decision making that would enable us to provide the very best service we can to our patient population. It is important that the Group is representative of all patients registered with the Surgery. At this time we are seeking a "declaration of interest" from patients.
