Moorfield House Surgery

You may book an appointment at any of our three surgeries, Moorfield House, Aylestone Hill or Ross Road. You may do this by visiting in person at one of the branches, telephoning one of the branches or making your appointment online. The receptionists will help you decide which appointment is appropriate for you. For all online appointment booking you will need to register at the surgery first. If all appointments are booked and your problem is urgent, you will still be seen on an emergency appointment. You may be asked to speak briefly to one of our nurse practitioners or the doctor before being given one of these emergency appointments.

1. In person - at reception at any surgery. Reception is open 8am-7pm at Moorfield House and 8am-6:30pm at Aylestone Hill and Ross Road.

2. Telephone any of our branches and one of our receptionists will be more than happy to make an appointment for you.

Please telephone as soon as possible after 8.00am.

3. Book the appointment yourself online. If you have access to a computer and the internet this is ideal for you as you can make the appointment at any time to suit yourself, even when we are closed. To utilise this service you will need to register (this can be done at any surgery, just speak to one of our receptionists), they will issue you with your own unique pin number, when you have this you may go online, create an account and you are ready to make your appointments. We now offer three week pre bookable appointments.

If all appointments are booked at the branch surgeries you will be offered one at Moorfield House.
